Not so much an us as a me. I've been selling computers and doing IT since 1992, so I've been around a while. I got into this business after being ripped off big time when I bought a new computer system from a well respected copier shop that was branching out into computers located under the story bridge on a recommendation from a colleague. I wanted to get into desktop publishing - well I was given the wrong advice, the wrong equipment, the wrong software and I did not get all that I had paid for. They have got out of the computer game, thank goodness. I was naive and paid the price. I joined a computer club and within 6 months I was elected president. Head down and bum up and studied every thing I could. I sorted some friends computers out - this lead to sorting other computers out which I got paid for and that's how I got started in this business.
Unfortunately there are still some shonky people out there - If you want honesty and trust, well that's where I come in.

Service:- Whether you are purchasing a complete computer package - budget or top of the range - or a peripheral, the level of service provided with it will be a whole lot better than you will get elsewhere. If it costs more than $100.00 my quoted prices *includes the delivery and installation of the product. The price quoted includes everything, I won't ask you if you need a printer cable (at extra cost) to go with the printer. The modem will include the correct cable (max 1.8m) to connect you to your phone jack. All power cables/manuals and disks are supplied with every component.
Your new f.i. computer will be fully configured, all of the drivers will be installed and set up, printers, modems, scanners etc. will all be fully configured. It will come with a set of programs and utilities all fully installed and set-up including a full featured office suite - word processor, spreadsheet, database, presentation, drawing, graphs, spell checking, thesaurus, formulas and it won't tell you that you have spelt cheque or colour incorrectly. Anti virus, Internet browser, e-mail, HTML authoring & photo editor. Software so that you can send and receive a fax from and to your computer. Plus a selection of needed programs and utilities. We do not employ cost cutting techniques such as disk copying/imaging that leaves the customers computer full of useless files. Our systems are individually manufactured and individually configured and set up. f.i. systems also include the transferring of your existing documents and the installation of any programs you own, and extra training is provided if scanners/modems etc. have been purchased with the system.
Value for your money, Low TCO:- f.i. systems have a 12 months on-site warranty.
Initially f.i. systems have a 12 months on-site full parts and labour warranty. Additional manufacturers warranty applies and is mostly as follows, 3 years on Intel CPUs, 3 years on Monitors, 2 years on motherboards. If you are unfortunate to have a hardware problem with a f.i. system you can be assured of a speedy rectification - usually the next working day, we do not import or source components from overseas. Out of warranty - for those clients who wish to have us come to them this can be arranged at a very competitive price. We do not employ 3rd parties to provide warranty on our systems. The person who sold you the system will be the person who looks after you! Overall f.i. systems represent a good investment offering a Low Total Cost of Ownership.
Honesty:- The computer retail industry unfortunately abounds with a number of shady characters and slick salespersons who will tell you anything and sell you anything to make his/her commission. Low grade, repaired, refurbished and fake components are readily available at very low prices. Don't just take my word for it, read the press, I have a number of original articles that you are quite welcome to view. I won't try to sell you an item because I need to shift it off the floor or because it's old stock. If I feel that you are about to make the wrong choice or you ask my advice - I will at all times be as truthful as possible.
