I would like to
take this opportunity to thank every one of you for your support over the years.
For all your software related problems and issues
- I strongly advise that you
seek assistance from someone other than any recommendations I may have made in the past.
Hardware problems with a Laptop or
Notebook
- All warranty enquiries should be directed to the manufacturer.
Hardware problems with a peripheral
(printer, multifunction, scanner, monitor etc. - all the bits that hang
off of the tower)
- For the quickest solution any warranty enquiries should
be directed to the manufacturer.
- Don't want to do that? On your behalf I will make a claim for
replacement/repair of the faulty component to the manufacturer, please
contact me via email in the first instance. When returning the faulty item
to me please ensure that all original packaging/leads/disks/manuals that
were supplied are included and a full written description of the fault is
included.
